1. Who we are

LoyoraPay LLC ("LoyoraPay", "we", "us") provides demand-aware loyalty infrastructure software. Our registered address is in the United States. For data enquiries: hello@loyorapay.com.

2. What data we collect

We collect data in two contexts:

• Business customers (operators): name, email address, company name, billing details, and usage data for your LoyoraPay account.
• End members (guests, clients): name, email, phone number, purchase and visit history passed to us by the operator. We process this data on behalf of the operator.
• Website visitors: anonymised analytics data via Google Analytics 4.

3. How we use your data

• To deliver the LoyoraPay platform services
• To send transactional communications (account, billing, support)
• To send marketing communications (where you have opted in)
• To improve the platform via anonymised analytics

4. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

For business customers: contract performance and legitimate interests. For end members: legitimate interests of the operator and, where required, consent. For marketing: consent.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with sub-processors necessary to deliver our service (cloud infrastructure, payment processor, communication providers). A full sub-processor list is available on request.

6. Data retention

Operator account data is retained for the duration of the contract plus 12 months. End member data is retained as instructed by the operator. Anonymised analytics data is retained for 26 months.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to processing. Email hello@loyorapay.com to exercise any right. We respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for platform functionality and analytics cookies via Google Analytics 4 (anonymised). You can opt out via your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

9. International transfers

Data may be processed outside your country of residence. Where applicable (e.g. EEA → US), we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.

10. Changes to this policy

We will notify operators by email of material changes. Continued use of the platform after notice constitutes acceptance.
